If you are sleeping less than 6 hours then chances of you dying from cancer goes up by 300%
Now what does it mean to get a proper sleep or good sleep. Well it may vary from person to person like after how many hours you feel fresh. Because the purpose of getting sleep is to recharge yourself so if even after recharging you are getting tired again oftenly that means you may be overcharged.

Exercise doesn’t mean that you must go to the gym, you can depend on you but if it is time taken to go to gym then go for a run at least 30 minutes or can do skipping at home or can do body lifting exercises at home. But at least doing any type of exercise can be in the face of playing sports or lifting weights but should do like 3 or 4 in a week for the better of you.

Sometimes we oftenly do some action which we already know will not only be beneficial but dangerous to my life. We are still doing it on a daily basis. Smoking is one of them. We all know the dangerous effects of smoking like nicotine. Tobacco can affect your lungs so much that it can cause cancer.

Well we may study deep why we smoke? Like what is the specific reason or myth created in our mind. Can smoking relieve my stress? NO, in fact smoking can increase your tension and stress even more. For a time after smoking you may get a feeling of stress relief but it can lead to more tension. You have to quit smoking for your own sake or for your loved ones.
